01Positioning

Architecture at organizational scale. Execution at agent speed.

I am a Principal Software Architect and technology executive with more than 14 years of experience designing systems and operating software organizations. At Levinci, I have led a technology workforce of more than 150 people and contributed to digital transformation programs for global brands including Coca-Cola and Jollibee. My current operating model is an AI-Empowered Solopreneur: I deconstruct problems into their architectural and business constraints, define the core system and its governance boundaries, and orchestrate AI agents to implement inside those boundaries. The goal is not autonomy without control; it is faster execution with explicit decision rights, durable state, and an auditable operating model. Alongside product and architecture work, I contribute as an academic and innovation mentor at UEH, FPT, and RMIT, connecting system design with practical research and delivery.
